Speaking of coffee, most days you’ll find me with a warm cup in hand, creating the most valuable content I can for you from my plant-covered desk, and my Maltese pup dozing off in my lap.
I’m incredibly multi-passionate (hello, Manifesting Generator here), open to trying anything that sounds like honest fun, and driven by dreams of collective growth.
My purpose in this world is to inspire integrity and joy, so that we can experience the magic of life to the fullest. And I firmly believe that the main way I can do this is by developing and sharing the message of self-trust.
I believe that people who can hear their inner voice, trust it, and act on it, are the greatest force of good in the world. I’m here to do my part in raising the collective’s level of self-trust.

How did you come to teach about self-trust?
After graduating college with Honors and awards and feeling so proud of myself, I realized I hadn’t given much thought to what I actually wanted to do regarding work. I figured my good grades and charm would get me through the job market. Of course, that didn’t work, and as I kept going through inauthentic job after inauthentic job, my self-worth got lower and lower.
I finally thought I had the answer – a relationship – but really all he was for me was a mirror to how low my self-worth was. Yes, he gave me some nice experiences and conversation, but I also let red flag after red flag fly and didn’t do anything about it – sinking my self-worth even lower. Finally, the last straw came when I discovered he was not who he said he was at all – and after a painful weekend in indecision, I left, heartbroken.
I found myself at a rock bottom. 24, living with my parents, working in SALES for an oil & gas company – aka doing everything that killed my energy, working directly AGAINST my values, and feeling trapped and small. I was single, feeling joyless at work, major impostor syndrome, and no direction.
I thought that I should just keep working harder, and maybe if the company sold, then I would feel validated in my work. I stayed fearful of leaving, thinking there was nothing better out there that I could be doing.
I realized – with some help – that what was keeping me small was me. And it wasn’t just that I didn’t feel confident in myself or felt afraid of what I could do – it was that I literally didn’t trust myself. I actually thought I was stupid, incapable, and not to be trusted. My desires weren’t to be trusted, my capabilities weren’t to be trusted, my worth wasn’t to be trusted; everything was fraudulent.
I came to the profound realization that without trust in myself – deep-seated, unshakeable trust – I wouldn’t be able to take any action, anywhere in my life. I needed to believe in myself, develop and listen to my intuition, and trust that whatever happened, good or bad, I could handle it.
And so my mission was born – to show women how to cultivate self-trust, take action on their insight, and craft their dreams into reality.

I am originally from Caracas, Venezuela! I lived there until I was seven, and then my family and I moved to Houston, Texas.
I danced for my entire life, until I graduated college. In high school I was in 4 dance companies and was dancing from 4 to 8 hours every day!
I taught an innovative style of yoga for 5 years and trained with the inventor of the style for 10 years! I still practice often.
I went to Boston University and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Science after a life-long (and continuing!) love for the sea.
In 2015 I spent over a month at sea, sailing across the Pacific Ocean from New Zealand to Tahiti, conducting research and taking marine science classes with 23 other students. This is us at the top of the mast in Mo’orea, French Polynesia!
I am a TOTAL Lord of the Rings nerd, so of course I had to make a pit stop at Hobbiton before starting the scientific research cruise.
I’m crazy passionate about travel and have been lucky enough to have traveled to 31 countries, many of them multiple times. My dream is to see them all!
